Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DeepSTRAX and thedeepdive.co (together, the "Service"), provided by DeepDive Sdn. Bhd. (1558679-P) ("DeepDive", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into DeepSTRAX and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

  • DeepSTRAX is offered at a flat rate of $49 per month or $490 per year, covering your entire team regardless of the number of users.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
  • You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, resell access without authorization, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the goals, targets, and other content you enter into DeepSTRAX ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle data.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks such as "DeepSTRAX" and "DeepDive", is owned by DeepDive Sdn. Bhd. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepDive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
